Worked on my parents roof/ loft extension and got sunburnt.

Hammered my thumb into a pulp, fell over some tiles, stood on a plank with a nail.
And then got attacked by a flamin goose in a field ( long story )

So yeah pretty good.

Ride Sat am and Sun pm while the boring stuff was on TV - deserted roads, like Christmas only in summer and no salt

friday - Dawn to dusk riding, got bike at sun up, rode to burnham and maldon, then to work, then from work to meet via back roads

saturday - to nero in chelmsford with MCN, then loop round A1060, takely and ongar back to chelmsford, then pub later

sunday - meet dad and head to brands for day of NG road racing club meet
