Foolproof method of avoiding this problem is to require immediate payment if you offer BIN.
Had one Nigerian on a mobile, will never get caught out again.
If you get scammed when selling at auction you always have 2nd chance offer to give.
(pm me if anyone cant see how to require immediate payment)

Ebay replied and advised i relist and after 7 days i can get some of the fees back on the from the first listing as it is an unpaid item. They advised going into Preferences which is under My Account which is on the left hand side and you can prevent bids on your items from all sorts of buyers. If only i had known the first time

Parcel up a box approx size and weight but in the middle fill it with cat sh*te. Post it and confirm delivery charges.

Of course a little note asking them to be a little more convincing next time.

Personally I would go to my own expense just to do that.
Or better still fill it with some pork chops :P
