I cannot believe how 'un-biker' that idea is......

You don't need a full set of hard case luggage. Just pack a few basics in some throw-overs or tail pack.

I've toured all over Europe with just a tailpack full of kit.

Unbiker never, just practical.

A family friend of a friend is trying to arrange a european tour where your kit is carried between hotels for each leg of the tour leaving the rider free to ride without hinderance. I am getting tempted to join him on this next year.

Good hotels, good roads, good food and relaxation at the end of the day. We don't have to live out of a set of paniers for a fortnight

Tim...That is similar to what they do on the Harley tours in The States. They ferry all your clobber off to the next staging post leaving you to simply enjoy the riding. Great idea.

Ordinary bath following a potent curry and an improvised jacuzzi can be had no doubt?

But then again I think Jenni has a rather "racey" weekend planned for her man and perhaps she is still in the "honeymoon" stage and has maybe never parped in the company of her chappie?
