The rear is stock, one of the test I did was one of the basic ones, push tank and see if the bike dips evenly, with the 85s it didn’t!!! This was very noticeable when I was on track. Hence why I have gone with 80 springs now. I have also got a ZX636 shock to fit … and some dogbones … but not sure if I should fit both (to the trackbike)?

Yeah, why not! Better test for it being unbalanced is riding it - when you go over a small bump do you feel it with both wheels, or do you get a whack at one end and almost nothing at the other? I think I used to use preload setting 4/7 on the stock shock, but it wallowed when you really got a boogie on, so notched it up another for the track (I weight the same as you, i.e. f'all), though 5/7 is too hard for the road.
