Yes please, RS250 fairing on an SV is something I'd like to see aswell...I imagine (if its a curvy) it would look rather good, the RS250 having a curvy fairing and all.

My curvy has a belly pan, ive seen curvy's with full fairings and it looks like it wasnt intended to happen! I prefer pointy's with full fairing lowers. A belly pan will do, but i do not like them without one of the above! Looks a little imcomplete, reminds me of my cousins old knackered NSR125 sitting at my dads garage, waiting to be resurected, or the countless sightings of other peoples winter-hack sports bikes, lower fairings removed because they've already been trashed...

Lowers look daft (sorry all lowers owners!) Apart from the 400 odd quid price tag, you have these gapping holes around the front down pipe, which makes it look like a stuck on after thought!

As for belly pans, I have yet to discover their purpose. I think they just make naked bikes look like they have a beer gut!

and don't get me started on huggers!

In my mind the only piece of plastic that I think you should stick on an SV is a fender extender and that is for the benefit of your front cyclinder, rather than looks!

rant over - carry on!

Now that looks spot on!!!
I just need to find out shipping costs and all will be good!!!!
the only question i do have very quickly, does any one know, if by getting a full fairing, and possably respraying the hole bike, would i need to change any registration docs of the bike and if so how much that would cost,
and also insurance, i know it will depend from company to company, but does any1 have any experence with what the premium hike mite be with these mods?

I think you're maybe supposed to. I never have, though.

Can't find a pic of the RS/SV crosses I'll ask on SV Rider, that's where I got the link from.

With one company, having the fairing lowers raised the premium from a quote i did by about £20

So not really too much

I've got lowers on my pointy and I love them, I think a pointy without them looks half finished. But theres absolutely no right and wrong, beauty is in the eye of the beholder and all that.....
