Have you tried threading the nes bolt into the cylinder without the lines to see what its fit is like?

Nope haven't tried threading it in cause i'm afraid of the aftermath

thinking i won't be able to go back to standard

the length shouldn't be a problem but you really dont want to cross thread your m/c or calipers!

give it a try, if you cant trhread it in by hand its the wrong thread pitch

if your threading it in with just your fingers then you'll be able to tell if it's cross threaded or the wrong pitch....
... I don't think that they've changed cylinders from the k3 to the k6 - it is a budget bike so why change something that is almost good enough?

are you going forthe same set up as before or the 2 line set up?

If it's the 2 line and the double length banjo doesn't fit then it's definitely the wrong one if ypou're going for the 3 line set up then compare all the bolts you've got as i said earlier the m/c and the calipers have different thread pitches.

I'm going for the 2 line setup at front and as u say the double length banjo doesn't fit (thread pitch wise)

Tell HEL that they've sent you the wrong double banjo - mine fitted without any prob!
