Sorry to hear this mate, at least your sort of OK. I've done the knee thing in the past, hurts like hell for some time with the briusing. Worth checking out at the hospital though.

Although the costs are expensive, it's not that bad if you take into account the service as well. Just a thought, did you have textiles or leathers on? Might be worth investing in some better pants just in case.

I guess it's tiume to put it down to experience.

heal quickly, too much front brake on cold tyres/road is a common/easy mistake to make. Don't be too hard on yourself.
