They're £4.47 each from Robinsons and you need 5. I personally wouldn't bother unless they are cracked or perished or you.ve been getting a clunking noise when starting off. But £22.35 is a small price to pay for your piece of mind.

With the wheel on, hold the rear brake and try to rotate the sprocket carrier, it's a bit more awkward then when it's all disassembled but the principle is identical; if it moves relative to the wheel the rubbers are knackered, if it don't, they're not.
I know of several SVs that have a high mileage, including an early SVS with more than 100,000, and their rubbers are just fine, it certainly isn't a weakness of SVs, (unlike some Kawasakis which have notoriously short lived cush drives).
Clearly the specific treatment of the bike can affect the life of said bits, but at the mileage mentioned I would be very surprised to find them worn to any significant degree.
