Ah, I wondered where that pea-sized dent in your tank came from!

Just read my Yoshimura care leaflet for my new exhaust.

Quote:
Titanium Care:
Titanium needs very little care and maintainance; here are a few tips:

1. Use mild car/motorcycle soap to clean the exhaust system - do not use and abrasives or degreasers
2. Avoid contaminating exhaust systems when hot.
3. Your titanium exhaust system will change colour (blue, purple, gold) due to heat; this is normal.
4. Repack your muffler every 15,000 miles.

Depends on the finish. Mine has satin black finish on the can and bare titanium for the pipework and end cap. Autosol's fine on the bare bits but i'm pretty sure it would take the black finish off if I tried it on the can.

Cheers guys. I thought it wouldbe better to ask rather than going in like a bull in a china shop and ruining that lovely finish. The downpipes look great now (not a patch on kwaks) but im finding it hard to remove all the crud around the Engine/exhaust.
