Ohh - I pity you but check behind any freestanding furniture.

I rang a couple of shops yesterday, even went through the garbage bin. 2 hrs of hard thinking later I found them lodged down behind the hifi shelf.

Oh what a celebration - until I saw some people wandering passed looking in at me - suddenly stop and fail to look cool.

Check near the loo ...... I usually rush in and straight up there!

My personal best was held in by the magnetic flaps of my tankbag that had stuck together (lord knows how the key got between them in the first place though). This was discovered after walking about 1.5 miles with the tankbag, so it was very lucky that they hadn't fallen out.

I once lost a safe key at my work... Didn't admit to it of course, I'm not stupid. A couple of days after they broke the lock- which meant a whole new safe door, and it wasn't a small safe- I found it, stuck in the turnups of my trousers

What are the odds?
