The DVD is enjoyable but the book is poor really, not worth it if you've seen the DVD anyway. It's good they changed half way through to showing it as 2 bikes and 2 4x4's making the trip as it was starting to look a little false, it's hard enough to get a bike between fuel stations in Spain let alone Siberia! The support vehicle drivers were taking on the same challenges, they deserved to be included.

I watched it when they did the series, was very good amazing feat of riding.

Me and Matt even had the pleasure of meeting Charley Boorman himself at the Alexandra Palace Motorcycle Show a couple of years ago; nice chap!

I was lucky enough to win the Limited Edition DVD and a hardback copy of the book signed by Charlie.
All i had to do was convince the radio show that i was working from home.... wearing Spiderman pyjamas!!!

Good DVD, never even opened he book yet.

I agree, and I thought they had a great camaradarie together.

I felt a little sorry for the camera man Claudio, he did the same ride with very little recognition but then I spose he knew it would be like that when he took it on - thats the nature of the job!
