Honda assistance for the Honda - funnily enough!!
RAC will be coming with the Kwak as standard though I'm covered through with Britannia Rescue - personal cover for 3 bikes and 1 car and any car I'm passenger in. - Total cost £76 PA ![]() anyone/anywhere as long as its not within 2.5 mile of home address (or dad's address for the bikes) For the bike they will also take me to a bike specialist within reason (reason not specified) if asked nicely. But so far never had to use them (cept back in 1997). |

I must agree that whatever service you have it is only as good as the individual who arrives at the scene
My nextdoor neighbour called out the AA because his van wouldn't start, the patrolman spent about an hour, completely flattened his battery and then diagnosed a faulty lift pump I went out with a spare battery, bled it from the lowest to the highest point and it started first turn of the key. The van has been running OK since and that was about three weeks ago. I have the RAC driver any vehicle cover mainly incase of punctures on the bike and I think I pay £96. Used it once three years ago when I wrote off my SV and it was a no quible recovery to my local bike shop[40miles] but I have never read the small print as to the cover provided |

The guy that picked me up mentioned that he'd recovered a Bandit 12 last week after a crash. This was another Carole Nash, but the same guys probably pick up for loads of companies, they're AA and RAC contractors as well. So anyway, he picks it up, and it's basically rideable but it's lost a footrest. Crole Nash couldn't source it locally so they got the guys to tow it to Altrincham (where CN have their repair facility) from Fife
![]() Obviously insane, but they guy got his bike back the same day he binned it, almost completely repaired. They sorted the rest out through Cupar the following week.
