I use Oxford sports panniers on my CURVEY with a high level scorpion fitted with no problems at all! Apart from when coming back from a rallie las year in the ****ing rain the rain covers filled with water and it touched the exsaust and melted it a bit!

the Oxford ones will work with a high level, just make sure the joining straps are short enough for the bags to stick out a bit at the bottom and they can't move, the main problen is if they move when you're riding, so make sure they are evenly packed or if you must the heavier one is on the other side, if they touch you end up melting the bottom, which isn't good at all.

Cheers Mark.

I tink i is going to play the dumb blonde at a local shop for local people next week and see If I can get a nice salesman to play the game of match the bag to the exhaust.
Think these oxford ones seem first choice, I know they sell em.
Last choice tailpack
Or should that be side-car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Or better one of those Goldwing trailers
maybe somebody could invent some sort of protector thingy for exhaust and pannier?

Well I would lend you my old texon panniers, semi-ridged with metal backs, but if all goes well I'll need them myself.

I managed to torch one of my pannier storm covers even with the stock exhaust. I never use storm covers on any luggage now (even on the oxford 'lifetime' stuff which is a bit better, but still not much good), just double-bag the contents in carrier bags.
