I like Haggis's solution. Especially the way the jack seems to be held together with chewing gum A stand under there does work, but because the sump's so far back it's a wee bit unstable, I wouldn't like to pull the forks that way myself. Weight over the rear can help that.

I use and abba bike stand and the jack/block of wood under the sump solution, works fine for me but i like the welded jack solution in the pics!

Learn to maintain your bike, take it apart, rebuild the engine & more (using better bolts ), drop it & fix it again!
K3 Job c.v: Engine:remove/split/rebuild/refit. Replace:Gearbox,Fuel pump,Gaskets. Piston clean,rings. Overhaul:Throttle body,Injectors,Brakes,Forks. Remove/refit:Exhaust,Radiator,Oil cooler,Throttle,Air filter,Tank. Replace: Oil,Coolant,grease,brake hoses & bleed.
