To clarify, the advert I linked is for a full tank bra to basically prove that yes full bras exist (as you fellas know already I'm sure).

I didn't link to the advert for the half bra that I did buy, which is indeed for an SV.

edit: funny follow up - after I sent him the links to the full bras saying that yes, they exist and yes there's a point to them.. I even linked him to http://www.patentstorm.us/patents/54...scription.html

he responds by totally blowing up on me lol.. saying how i broke the contract and im getting the negative feedback for not buying after bidding blah blah even though I paid for it several days ago after I received his message stating that half bras are only a title and what im looking for doesn't exist

btw it was my own stupid mistake so i wasn't expecting any special treatment, just shot him a msg hoping to retract the bid before doing proper research, no big deal

But a tank bra is surely a small cover for just one part of the tank and that ad is for a tank cover.

So perhaps you should browse Ebay using tank cover as the search.

I don't think Ebay allows that sort of redress but blowing away whatever annoys you is clearly fine under US law.

I personally would email him and ask him to refund you if you sent product back at your own expense on the basis he told you full covers don't exist when they do, therefore misselling you his product. You contacted him prior asking him to cancel the bid therefore you attempting to cancel any contract before it began.

I would say that you will leave him negative feedback and that you will report him to ebay if he does not assist. I see he only has 12 feedback comments, one negative will lower his percentage for ages

Powersellers can often make for really bad sellers- they've generally got huge feedback ratings so couldn't care less if you give them a negative, they've always got some (it's very hard to avoid) so one more doesn't matter... and Ebay go very easy on them for listings violations etc as they're good customers.
