Unfortunately, not yet, despite two appeals by the police in the local paper. Al is still recovering, even though this happened nearly two months ago. He is still unable to work and missed the Austria trip he was going to be doing with us.

was on my way back from Portsmouth after purchasing some shiny new boots and was in hedge end industrial estate on the big rounder bout by the new Audi garage (for the benefit of people living in my area) when a Audi convertible (A4 or some new sporty one) pulled out and then right up behind me about 2 foot from the back of me sv as i was going round. i immediately saw him in my mirror and gave him a quick evil stare of my left shoulder (tail gaiters really p!55 me off), then as we left the rounder bout he did it again, by now im really hacked off, over my shoulder again and shouted some abuse, he still continues so again over my should and he is shouting "what! what!" at me so up went the two finger salute and some more abuse, he then pulled up along side me on the wrong side of the road about a foot from the side of me, i jumped on the brakes as my head was about to explode with rage, the then sped off up the road and cut up 3 people bye now i was livid and was going to give chase and pull him out the car at the traffic lights, surprised me as im never normally this hot headed

I personally find the I.A.M. approach works well here... the smaller the gap they leave behind you, the slower I go... all the way down to 5mph! And then if they try to go around me, there is no longer a small gap behind me, and I speed up again!

Have you lot ever thought that the t*t that cuts you up may well be up on pills or crack or even GHB and a confrontation might end up a bit...well...horrible?
People hooked on GHB have been known to extract their own teeth with a pair of pliars cos it seemed like a good idea!!!!! Do you really want a show down with someone like that??

I've done that. Once. Boy is that boring. I was most definitely more bored than he was annoyed.

You did right in leaving him to it, though much better to have not excited him in the first place. When I see people driving like that I tend to get out of their way asap - may feel like you're letting them win, but if it means you get to your destination slightly miffed instead of enraged/knocked off/worse then it's well worth it. Once something like that happens it wrecks your ride and you'll be thinking about it instead of the road and so more likely to have another accident. Let him win the race to the graveyard...
