Re: Equity Red Star insurance...anyone had problems?
I've claimed via them twice, on the 1st occasion they were quite good, on the second occasion it took 3 months for the assesor to file the damage report!!! I guess that I can't blame ERS for that but they did nothing to get the report and I had to keep calling the assesor to get him to pull his finger out of his ar5e. In the end I took the bike to the dealer, had them make a report and I sent it directly to ERS who approved the work with a day or two. I've no real complaints with them TBH.
