Can try it a bit warm to loosen it, or save the hassle, cause every time you grip it it distorts and holds in harder.

So, take the can off, take the bolt out and stick a broom handle down the can, it really is the easiest way.

Am i doing something wrong?

Helppppppppppppp!
Had exactly the same problem as this. Best solution is to get a mate to hold the exhaust "steady" whilst you pull really hard on the baffle with pliers... trust me it'll come out.

Enjoy the sound post baffle!!

dont know about fuel can's but scorpion can baffles are siliconed in to help with noise reduction, they need a good tug to get them out or as others have said get a broom handle up the other end and knock it out.

Told u so

You want to be careful though, doing the same has given me a bit of a twitch, can't go under bridges at anything less than full throttle
