I don't mind having the window open, i just can't sleep if we do for fear of giant spiders coming in! Have you seen the size of them this year!!

Daddy long legs are the worst thing for coming in the window, they look for a damp spot to land on............hence they aim for your open mouth.

It supposed to be the same with those big house (wolf) spiders, hence why you always find them in the bath/sink....but never actually read that as fact.

well i had two massive spiders in my house, one on the landing, so yes, i was stuck upstairs!!! Once i had managed to kill it using ant killer, a neighbour came and took it away, then when i thought it was safe, i went to bed, only to find another HUGE spider crawling out from under the curtains - i feel them watching me now, every night!!

As it happens, i've got two big spiders on a bush outside. Looks like Male and Female. I leave them to it. Missis hates spiders, so I always get to catch them and put them outside.

Caught a MASSIVE one at my friends this year. They seem to be getting bigger. It'll be an invasion soon

what if they take over the world???

They lack opposable (sp?) thumbs so I doubt they'll take over the world, just leave many frozen with fear!

On another note, bloody freezing this morning. Winter gloves came back out...

its a lovely day,had a spider in the sink yesterday it was that big it wouldnt go down the plug hole with water it was huge!!
