I was thinking of selling up, learning to sail and going round the world. Your idea sounds a bit more fun, except dealing with drunken young people is an awful job when you're the sober one.

You could always employ a naval architect to design a superb 10 cabin pirate ship. To pay the build costs though you'd have to win the lottery first....
But think of the money you'd make per week (especially in a tourist haven place like Spain or Majorca). The income would soon pay the boat and the expenditure that would go with it.... The girlfriend would soon find ways to spend the business profit  (Gucci handbag, Porsche 911 Turbo and Donna Lewis designer clothes, etc etc).
