It's fixed!!! Well the parking and dash lights don't come one when i brake now.
I've had a bit of a flakey rear LED bulb for a while now so this evening i thought i'd swap it for a non flakey one. I ended up changing both rear bulbs for different LED ones a ihad laying around and that's sorted it. Swapped the bulbs about a bit to make sure and it seems to have been caused by the LED bulbs i had fitted
