be-careful not to snap the ribbon cable conector on the mo-bo its really fragile .
and what they said above about thermal compound be sure to totally remove the cement sony put on the CPU/GPU before applying your compound.

are you taking a slim apart or a fat version?
i broke one on a fat version once, didn't really do nothing just unclipped it as normal and it snapped so i am always carefull now.

Boom!!! Fixed!!! Happy about that. Letting it run for an hour to make sure.
It's the fat version. No problem with any connector or ribbon..which was nice.
