Designed by a drunk But it weighs nothing, and makes reasonable power, I doubt there's much between it and most of the competition. Also very cheap, since nobody's heard of 'em.

I'd keep it, that way if you sell your bike you can put the standard exhaust back on and then flog the aftermarket one seperatly to raise a bit of extra cash. Plus I've seen OEM systems go on ebay for £20 and IMHO its not worth the bother trying to flog it.

I'd agree with fizzwheel, the aftermarket exhausts go for more money on Ebay than the OEM ones! There are a lot of good exhausts systems out there for the SV, I'm going to upset a lot of people by saying this but the Micron system is the budget one of the lot. It wasn't designed to make power, if thats what you are looking for, it was made for convenience as it saves you cutting the standard OEM pipe.

The usual suspects make the good ones, M4, Akrapovic, Arrow, and LeoVince (all come with removable baffle options except the M4). Laser make a half system which utilises the standard front down pipe and is also available with a removable baffle.

Long way round to put a slip-on on!

The one I have looks a bit more free flowing than standard, the collector seems bigger. All very scientific you see

Not after, or expecting big power, what do you want for £40 lol
A bit louder would be nice

Yes they are Chris, I didn't mean that it was completely useless. It is more free flowing and the collector is set out better than the OEM!

PS. There is a reason behind the 'drunk' layout of the M4 and WRP front downpipe, just can't remember what it is now. I'll ask M4 again.
