Ooh, sorry to hear it. But for your attitude. Hope it gets sorted quickly and easily.

PS, when I had my last crash I was completely unhurt until I managed to drop a bolt into my eye while fixing it, it's not just you

Glad your ok, manholes are one of those things that are so easy for councils to sort but they never seem to. Although there is some in derbyshire that have been coated in that grippy stuff when they are located on corners.

They are so bloody expensive aswell, alot get knicked around here and they are about £300 to replace. They could be replaced with heavy duty plastic, in any colour so they are visable, and could be made to be VERY abrasive.....but nooooo

Sorry about your off. It seems to be a hazard of being an sv650.org member. Sorry not got round to posting spare can. Let me know if you want it - may be useful if it's a write off.

Bad luck Loz, somethings like that just pop up, not much you can do about it, apart from ride 30 mph everywhere with 10 car distances of space infront of you. that's hardly biking though is it?

Look at the updated signature - unless he's done some odd modifications - looks like its my old bike. I'll buy it back if the insurance co wants to sell it back to you cheap !

Hi Nathan

Thanks for the wishes. They aren't writing it off, but I need the spare can and all the other bits anyway, I may possibly have acquired yet another pointy SV650S. I'd appreciate you sending them on if possible, I'll refund the postage costs via paypal.

It's in my local bike shop and they're doing the rebuild for me, so I know it'll come back better than before.
