I see it as the bike being unstable for the speed of that corner.
As the suspension is quite basic, if the bike isn't fully stable, it will wobble the bike around (the 'weave' you mention). It's also a lot worse on bumpy bends! For me, it's an indicator to let the bike settle before increasing or decreasing the speed anymore. |

I can still get a fairly healthy pop and bang, just need to go into over-run but do not completely close the throttle. Not as crisp as the old curvy but a nice noise never the less. If you want a really nice noise from the thou, get yourself a BMC induction kit with the JHS racing filter mount. Then you completely remove the top of the airbox and the padding under the front of the tank the new induction noise completely drowns out the exhaust anyway. You will need earplugs though as if you get your head down towards the tank over about 8k it's painfully loud.
