As the bandit is paid for, its only really costing you tax/insurance/mot.

IMO keep it and save for the nice bike.

I recently chopped in my nice bike to upgrade my stunter and buy a cb500 for work. I like having a work hack, but it really isn't fun to ride.

Keep what you know you get on with and save for what you know you love.

Buy a Triumph Speed Four, you know it makes sense. I say this having just done the same.

This is the option! In London i had a Suzuki DR350 for about town (and the was the plan to do some laning, but I left the UK before I had the chance) and and R6 for track/weekends! Best combo and I really really miss the DR. Was awesome in traffic and great fun! I bought a minter for ~1k (from Tigersaw), but there were cheaper ones about if you would be prepared to travel to get them!

RC8 or 675?

I want either of those. Otherwise...

Wait and get the new Aprilia V4, it's sexy as. Or just get the Benelli. Any modern bike will surely run through a winter- especially if your dad is servicing it for free!
