Correct, with Pull-Ups you want to spread your arms a bit and lift your body using you shoulder and upper back muscles. We do one with your head aiming to get in front of the bar and the next behind....

Just tried that...

Gah. Training again now, might be able to actually hit something with some impact again in a couple of weeks. My right hook used to have some weight behind it... Not at the minute!
