Not sure if you've picked this up, but the 'S' models are faired and non S are naked. Pointy S in supersonic silver is, as we all know but are reluctant to admit, superior. Especially K3 ones (meaning 2003 model year, K1=2001 etc). Get some good tyres and your confidence will improve dramatically. Welcome to the pleasure dome, by the way, enjoy that V-twin noise!

If you go for a curvy there is a lot less to go wrong (not as many electronic gizmos) Plus they look a lot nicer if you are going Nekkidd OOh & I've just realised I've hit 1500 posts
