OK, true story time. My dad, a few years ago, suddenly developed a find pair of moobs. He's always been a wee bit heavy but this came out of the blue in the space of about 6 months. He also had a weird cyst thing on his leg at the same time. So, he went to the GP, who checked out the cyst, and booked him in to have it removed. Afterwards, my dad says "Oh, just one more thing, I'm a bit concerned about my, er, man breasts." And the GP responds "Oh, I'll need to refer you to another clinic, I'm a legs man not a breasts man". No wonder medical training takes so long!

I think the criterion for deciding between pecs and moobs should be the ability to pass "the pencil test"
