Are you supposed to wear these next to the skin or over a t shirt? Feal like a newbie but had to ask.

i wear mine over my t-shirt and then put a jumper over that and then put my jacket on.

I'm also quite interested in the full armour setups that are about, the ones that are like a jacket with the armour on the outside.
I'm confused though as to wether these are supposed to be stand alone or worn under textiles?
Sound like a newbie again but have only ever had textiles with in built armour. Also do they work with a one piece as I'm also thinking about that at the mo?

Yup armour is worn under your outer layer.

I've got the Knox Aegis

Just got back from J & S Greenwich with my new Forcefield L2 Back Protector. A little mpore happier now, and you don't even know it's on when your riding, as it's such a confortable fit.

I've got a Knox Contour & a Forcefield L2, I use the L2 more as it's a better fit for me.
