Depends on the quality of the compressor really... No way will it run a gun plus mask (also, there's a decent chance that it'll be dirty air with a cheap compressor, ie you don't want to breathe it) but it could give good results with the gun alone, the spec on that's not much lower than mine and it did a good job. (I got good results from the smaller compressor I had, it was just 12 litres and 7cfm but it blew up, it'd spray fine but it couldn't deal with the strain) But personally I wouldn't shoot an old-fashioned 2-pack DIY, it goes well beyond nasty that stuff.

Although you CAN now get non-cyanide 2-pack paint as I learned in a thread on here a few months ago....
common misconception it isn't cyanide it's got a chemical that sounds like 'cyanide' in it.
Still not nice stuff, for the sake of a bike if you're very careful and use a respirator you should be alright. *
Edit, sorry just spotted this:

As I understnad it isocyanates was the chemical that was in solvent based paints (2pack), not sure what's in water based.

You can get oil free compressors, and the compressor for the mask needs to be well away from where you are spraying (or it'll just feed you fumes).
Looked into all this when I was going to spray my car, never got round to it in the end but I decided I'd risk it as a one off. It's thje lacquer that's the worst stuff and tbh with the new water based stuff the lacquers more or less (if not exactly) the same stuff.

I have a second oil free compressor that I use to feed my mask, That get shoved outside so the air source is clean-ish.

I have a couple of feeds from my main compressor, one goes through an evaporator/regulator and oiler, the second just through an evaporator/filter and regulator . the fittings on my hoses/tools are different to ensure I never get oil into the airline I spray with. (bad experience years ago)
