From Coventry, if i planned on doing around 100 miles on a sunday ride out, where should i be heading?

And what about bike meets? I've heard good things about Bassets pole... that ain't too far away is it?
There are a few nice roads up towards Coleshill way, thats on the way to Bassetts.

Bassetts is alright when the weather is nice because you get a lot of people there, but not been many Tuesday's of such and it'll start to die down as the nights draw in.

I live just down the A444 in Nuneaton, so not far from you.

To some it up for me, the attraction at the Waterman is the bikes - customs, choppers, classics, paint jobs, trikes, modded superbikes, italian exotica. The attraction at Bassets is the sheer number of bikes, atmosphere, and watching all the idiots doing stupid stuff on the dual carriageway. If I could I'd go to both, but not often I get a Tues and Weds night free.
I don't think much to the Waterman, food there is pretty nice thats all I can really say for it. Its alright when the car park is fully open but as Ralph said you get a lot of customers, choppers and classics there. Its a "once every so often".

Last time I went with Perry the car park was half closed off so it was a better of just park behind of somebody else.

Liam when do you start uni?

It's not twisty like the Cat and Fiddle, but fun nevertheless. If I'd have wanted to suggest boring roads I'd have said M-ways . Stratford is nice although not as good now you can't park on the Waterside. Bourton on the Water or Bibury are nice too.
