You can sort the bike out for less than £200 with brand new parts.
Brand new sets of bungs (even though you only need 1 bung and the bolt, try ringing R&G) = £75ish
New bar ends = £30ish
New gear lever = £50
Renthal bars = £25-£30

tadaaaa

That makes me smile more, probably try and pick the gear lever up second hand to save a bit of dollar.

Just hoping the knock hasn't caused any mechanical damage, but it rode home pretty smooth.

James , I have a spare Gear Peg that the guy from Fixer-Peg sent me , it was a freaky Dark Blue anodised one he sent me for fun as I had already ordered a normal one from him . Has been in my toolbox for the best part of a year waiting for some muppet to break theirs , PM your addy and you win it

Hope this helps you get back on the road , just file your old lever flat where it snapped off and drill it with a 6mm drill , put supplied bolt into hole and screw new peg in place .

Yup a genuine Suzuki lever from the parts counter at your local dealer is just over £50.
