Sizal mop is good for getting the tough stuff off, followed by the green compound

But the kits are cheaper from the people I got my stuff off. If they're rusty then you need a harsher abrasive that the green compound, so use a sizal or coloured cotton mop with an 80 grit compound to get it ready for the polishing stage. Linky below

nice to see my thread had some use and that people are polishing themselfs. Maviczap nice forks mate they are a complete nightmare to do you are right.
