I always liked ER5s, they feel friendly and happy, and light - I like light.

I definately wont be doing really high speeds on it, not my thing. Top speed has never interested me in the slightest, its torque and acceleration I like, ( one reason I love my Stag ). I`d get a screen on it for the wind and for aesthetics too, but being an ickle person, I dont think the lack of fairings would affect me as much as a larger rider. Cant find a pic of Barwel`s bike but seen a few on the net that look smart enough. Last edited by Miss_Undaztood; 25-04-10 at 08:19 PM. |

I done my DAS on a brand spanking shiny new Honda CBF 500, luckily they had crash bars fitted around the engine cos within a matter of hours I had the bloody thing on its side. Instructor just ran across and asked if I was ok then told me to carry on, didnt seem bothered about the bike at all. Bet he was raging inside tho. lol.

On my CBT, the 125`s spent as much time on their side as upright, my bro even sent one through a fence sideways while he skidded after it on his butt, oh I did laugh
![]() By the time we went back to finish the CBT and do my DAS they had all new 125`s and 500`s. |

If you get a naked one fit a fly screen. I've had one on my last 2 bikes and they make a great difference.

Yeah I will.
Probably end up with twin headlights and some form of custom/altered/bodged effort ![]() |
