That is disgusting, we'd never dream of doing that. These people have a main dealer franchise by the sound of things, hasn't anyone emailed or written to the customer service department of the importers? I know Kawasaki are very hot on these kind of things and have customer survey forms sent to owners so they can grass up their dealers if they wish.

I wouldn't know if anyones complained to the manufacturers, I only went in there because they were listed as Fieldsheer dealers. I had bought my jacket at the Edinburgh bike show, was impressed with it for the price, so wanted something similarly good value for my wife.

Aprilia and Guzzi importers wouldn't give a toss because they're just grateful someone is there trying to sell their crap.

I'm surprised at Yamaha and Suzuki not finding out about this sort of thing and putting an end to it.
