as a matter of interest. can i get a sport updated with a new head to include a remote reservoir?

do you do a shim service as i feel that the fast compression is a bit fierce?

or am i just better off speaking to nitron?

p.s. my shock is custom built for me as in its got a smaller body on it.

Will someone of my riding experience/calibre notice enough difference to justify the price tag?
If its bike specific, I assume I cant fit to another bike if I upgrade?
If I fit something like this, will it show up the front end with just springs done?
Hong you can keep up with the best of them m8 so you will most certainly feel a difference.

Re: the postage, you could always use Parcel Monkey's bag service, which works out at around £5.60 odd for collection and next day delivery.

Sadly the weight puts it outside the "bag" service range and parcelmonkey as of Friday have increased all their prices. The parcelforce price is via parcelmonkey and includes some insurance as opposed to the std insurance of just £20.

Bibio...pm will be on its way shortly

Well I've decided that due to the high resale value and the fact that realistically, unless my business does very well I will be keeping the SV for at least another 2-3 years I shall be investing in one.

However, just not quite yet, need to save a bit first.

I know a man who can And he cannot speak more highly enough of his Penske and would recommend no other. I'm sure he will venture into this thread now he is back from his jollies.

We all like to think we are Stoner but in reality we is just mere mortals riding a 70hp road bike on road tyres!

Stick to the under £100 ex GSXR / ZXR shocks.

Jim
The penskes are brilliant compared to the GSXR etc shocks, no comparison whatsoever in plushness of ride and handling.

Out of the box they're excellent. They come with the right spring on for you (unlike an out of the box ohlins...), length something like right for neutral handling... generally brilliant. Build quality second to none too, last wonderfully well in the weather etc.

Can you tell I like them...

Ah but the key with ordering any shock is to specify the riders weight etc and then it will come with the right spring!. Amazing how many places dont do this
