Oh OK, now I got it. Same as granty92, I've never heard about it. Although I saw some people do it when killing the engine after the ride (either on bikes as in cars) but I was told that this applies only for carburetted motors to empty the carburettors (have no idea if that is true or not) and ease the next start or so.

kill switch??? i speed up then slow down this is followed by nice big backfire

svracer i assume the sv thou would do the same as the dl1000 throwing the throttle bodies off

I love it . I did it 100 times in one day when i got bike . Was so addictive . I do it passed kids now and watch them poo there pants . Not as loud if u have bike restricted . But mine int so very loud . Love it . People in cars can do it but they have to key bash e.g turn keys on and off . But with kill switch is doesnt knacker ur key thing lol

pull off your PAIR tube from the front cylinder and it'll backfire hugely every time you roll off the throttle and your revs drop past about 5000rpm.

Or find a dealer who remembers to put your bike back together properly

What key? As long as the door lock fob is inside the car I ony have a button with "start" written on it.
