I'm not meaning on numbers killed, but the west bank is not to dissimilar to the Jewish slums

True but the nazis weren't trying to fight a war against people deliberately hiding weapons in a schools and hospitals.

I'm not justifying what the Israelis are doing but it's not comparable with the nazis, (or rather it is comparable and it's not even close)

You can draw certain parallels with the ghettos of the 30s and 40s and even understand the reasons for war, but attacking civilians is always going to be a big struggle to justify.

Attacking civilians makes sense to me. If you can't beat the army, terrorise the civilians such that they pressure their government into changing its foreign policy/war mongering. I think it's working too.

Also the whole suicide bomber thing works because martyrs go to heaven in their religion (and get a load of virgins to bone), where as in Christianity suicide sends you to hell. If I believed what these extremists believe I'd blow myself up tomorrow.

By that logic you should focus your attacks on preschools and maternity wards. But the tactic didn't work with bombing in WW2 and it didn't work for the IRA, I'm unsure if its EVER worked?

I was thinking earlier that a civilian is just a soldier that can't fight back.

I wasn't the one that suggested it, I'm just reaching the logical conclusion, minimum necessary attacks and danger for the maximum "terror" impact. Can't defend every kids/toddlers group in the country 24/7

Israel do target civilians on a regular basis. Anybody remember this?

The number of civilians that have been intentionally targeted by a 'legitimate army' is horrifying, and there have been many notorious massacres over the last few decades.

Islam has been around for centuries. Suicide attacks have been around in human warfare for around a thousand years from the Far East to Europe and relatively recently Kamikaze WWII pilots. Anybody who believes the phenomenon of 'Islamic suicide terrorists' has anything to do with the religions ideology, virgins, or whatever is grossly misguided. It is all political, and one could argue an indirect effect of WWII, the holocaust, need for a Jewish state and subsequent founding of Israel.

The jews/Israel are just kettling them and trying to starve them to death. Being Maltese I'm no big fan of Arabs, but what the Israeli jews are doing is on a par with what Hitler put their ancestors through - it's disgusting and the USA funds and arms it to stop their own Jewish run banking system collapsing.
