If the description is accurate, then this looks to be a bargain.

Certainly ride able if the radiator isn't leaking

I rode my brothers Bandit and hated it. I'm not a fan of IL4s really as you need to rev it to death to get anywhere!

Default Be patient or go for it!?

Considering my last bike was a 125 a bandit would feel like a rocketship even in the first 5k revs :P

I can confirm you most definitely will.

I've just put a desnokeled K&N on my curvy and she makes a monstrous snort when you crack open the throttle

Dude, the can is pivotal where the sound is concerned (as is the air filter, but less so). If you loved the bike for the sound, what you're actually loving is a combination of the SV lump and the can. The same bike will sound totally different with a different can. Was it standard, or what? If it was standard, then there's no accounting for taste!

Default Be patient or go for it!?

The SV I rode was a standard can on an '05 model, so I guess standard is the way forward I will get one with a different can to see if I like it first I think
