Which is fine until the inside of your visor gets rain running onto it, and even worse your glasses get rain on them and start misting up.

I think in town you have to have the visor a bit open (but not enough for rain to get on glasses, that is the end). Once you are moving and staying moving I find the prays work fine.

I've found keeping my glasses clean helps to prevent / limit misting, I use a cleaning solution from Vision Express and a lens polishing cloth (also from VE), I basically clean them every couple of days or so.

For the visor, I've used Bob Heath spray, foggy masks, Pinlock and Fog city inserts. I found that the foggy mask was good but fiddly to fit so that my glasses sat behind the mask, at the moment I just use the anti misting visor that came with my helmet, but would recommend the pinlock or fog city.

Also play around with the vents on your lid to see what works best, I find having the chin vents closed helps to reduce glasses fogging.

I've got the Oxford Huff Breath Deflector, got it from here it works well, but I did have to sew the velcro into my lid as the sticky patches didn't stick.
