ohhh i feel for the lot of ya !! 20 days for me to go can't wait !!!! me fella thinks its' really funny to burn me off at the lights ..... ......wait till i'm de ristricted !! yipphheedooodaarrr!!!!

hmmmm interesting, that means there is 2 different kits to do the same thing on curvies.

I know kwak used to use the carb top trick to keep zzr's down to 125bhp before they ripped up the rule book

At least 2, probably loads more, since there are more than a few ways to restrict a carbed bike.

I dont think there should be a restriction as it's a very blunt tool, you could just not ride for 2 years, then jump on an R1 / Fireblade etc. If (when) im in charge i would have another test on a full power bike so the rider is competant on a full power bike. Maybe im just saying that cos i have another 2 years ahead of me of 33 bhpness

The aftermarket kits are washers while the original suzuki kit is a replacement carb slider (the black bit). The suzuki it is cheeper, it cost me £50 there bouts while the other ones seem to be more expensive,

The suzuki kit is better on fuel economy than the washers on aftermarket kits.
