Hi Cloggsy,
Colin Appleyards in Leeds are dealers for your model of KTM. They did some warranty work on my SV, even though it was not bought from them.
The mechanics there are very competent. Roseanne appears on a programme on Men & Motors! It may be worth talking to them?

Do you have household insurance if so you might have legal cover tagged onto it. If you have then give them a call to see if they can help you.

Cloggsy, I had a geat chat with my KTM dealer and he is waiting for your call!!!. I gave him a brief description of the problem (what I remember!) and he said your dealer sounded well dodgy. If you give him a call he will go over it with you. He said that KTM have replaced two bikes for him without a problem for small issues as the customers weren't happy.

You can get Callum (at Alvins Motocal) on 0131 258 5000. He is really good to deal with and said he will help to get you sorted. Just mention my name

when you call him and say that I spoke to him about it.

Thanks... I'm goona 'hold fire' on ringing him though. I'm waiting to see what my dealer says after they have a letter from my legal team!
