Opinions on this SV..... - Page 3 - SV650.org

I bought a k3 with 7k on the clock, fairing lowers, scorpion can, hugger etc for ......... £2550 from ebay !! However this was a couple of days before christmas so I was in a pretty strong bargaining position.

I wouldn't worry about buying second hand / from ebay, some people are naturally cautious and like the comfort of being the first owner, however there are loads of good second hand bikes out there.

Speak to the owner, go and check the bike out, do an hpi check and if you're happy with the bike then offer a cash price face to face. If anything looks wrong then don't be afraid to ask about it, if you aren't happy with the answers then walk away.

This one looks good to me, but offer a daft price as the weather is still bad I reckon there are some bargains to be had, the seller can only say no.

Alternatively, I have a cheap bandit 600 for sale .... (don't shoot me !)

It has all the 'trick' bits on too

If I didn't have all the arsing about to do with my KTM, I'd be interested

thanks... Its been sat in MyEbay for a day or so but its a bit far from me. It would give me a bit of riding practise tho ha ha.

There is also...this which I'm keeping an eye on. If it doesnt sell I might email him with a cheeky offer. I'm a right northerner with my cash ha ha!

Yup.I think so. Keep an eye on that yoke. Thats potentially a very decent deal. Looks like a nice bike.

Here, Cloggsy, whats the deal with that KTMat this point? I really wanted to consider one... untill I heard about the craic with your yoke.

It's a shame but my budget really is £3k but it does look trick!!!
