My best mate is Chris Moss

I once heard a tannoy at a footie match for Drew Peacock (un-likely to be genuine)

and who remembers 'That's Life'? I 'll never forget that they featured a Tax Inspector called Robin B*stard. I'll bet you could still find him.

There was a couple from Bedford in the news recently who named their baby Drew Peacock, before they twigged.

I thought that all tax inspectors were called that

I worked with a guy called Ron Behan. He told a story of when his brother Leslie was on national service and decked a corpral who had the audacity to shorten his name.

Then again I used to also know a salesman by the name of Richard Turpin. He would alway attempt to fleece us. Typical.

When will parents ever learn.

It is as bad as boys names becoming girls ones. Shirley and Tracy are both male names in some parts of the country, although I don't think modern parents would be that cruel as to stick these handles on their little lads.

A doctor leaving near me actually has the unfortunate name of Dr Death.

No seriously, apparently its prenounced De'ath.
A chum of mine with that very surname bought me a beer in Deal this lunchtime.
