That clears it up, he should have the whole book thrown at him for careless & irresponsible driving.

Very very glad to hear you're okay Kate. This could have been sooooo much worse. Get well soon and as Billy says, I'd push to get the bike written off.

Kate that is unbvelievable! So glad you escaped with minor injuries!

Forget the undue care and attention. He had a heavy night? Surely there must have been a case for breathalyser also? We all know that alcohol and it's effects do not simply dissapear after a few hours kip!!
