Ive been stopped speeding more times than i care to remember. Not through cameras.. through patrol cars in hiding. Not visible in any direction...

But yes, i agree that on this particular case... 31 points.. he should not only be banned, it should be extended retest, one hell of a fine, AND id even recommend some custodial.

Insurance and Licenses offences ridiculous... he should be punished.
