Well got my bike down to my friends workshop and he took the front wheel off it and there was four little arms spinning around in the box. So as suggested on here got a bit of superglue and stuck them back on. £0 spent and about 25 minutes of my friends time. Let him have a quick blast on the bike as a thanks!
