I have a neighbour who sunbathes nude, doesn't bother anybody around here. In fact she and her hubby are naturists and wander round naked all the time. They put on dressing gowns when they answer the door... Once I had to get a parcel that the postie had left with them, she thought I was someone else...

It wouldn't worry me in the least if our neighbour did topless. FFS, over half the world's population has boobs, it's not exactly unnatural.
