![]() Also I can choose to down tools and go for a ride if the weather is nice (lets face thats not often at the moment!) - then work a few hours in the evening to make up for it which is pretty cool ![]() ![]() |

average 38 hours.
I have to do 40 hours on week one, but then 36 hours on week 2. Can take either two half days a month or 1 extra day holiday a month if i want to. Works out quite well. we're on unofficial flexi too.... not supposed to be, but if production requires i come in at 0500 then i do, and then leave early in the afternoon. |

Something like 53hours a week for the last five weeks. Not going to get better until January, too much work, not enough people. I don't mind busting a gut for a little while but it's starting to wear me down now! So much that the overtime just ain't worth it, I'd rather be chillin' at home.
I don't know how people do those hours all the time.

I tend to limit it to less than 10 extra hours per month (over my 37 hours per week). If i go over that, I get the time back by leaving early or doing a half day.
If i work too much i get all stressed and burn out, in the summer, i'd rather be riding ![]() |

Around 70 a week recently - I'm self-employed - just seems to be so much to do.

Contracted for 37.5 bit do around 42 most weeks and that is pretty solid. I work from home, so no interuptions for chats etc. But no one gives me grief for being on here either!
another major plus is no commute, so I still 'get home' at a reasonable time. |
